Gabriella Budapest Kovács Copper Set

You wear some pieces because they look good – you wear these two because something within you knows they belong. I created this set for those whose joints and hands bear the mark of good work – the lattice was engraved diamond after diamond along the full length of the ribbon, while the floral piece was slowly marked beside it, both completed at the same time.

Copper has been worn on the skin by people for millennia, those who needed their bodies to remain in the fight, and those who return to me with both pieces always say the same thing: they have stopped perceiving what they once did.

This is one of the last sets I will make before I permanently close my workshop. I hope it finds the wrist that deserves it.
