Return Policy

At Victory London, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. This Return and Refund Policy explains the applicable terms and procedures.

1. Return Conditions

Returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  • An item may only be returned after it has been physically delivered to the customer.

  • All return costs are the customer’s responsibility, including international shipping costs and any applicable customs duties and taxes.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging.

  • You may try on the product, but it must not be worn or used for an extended period.

  • Returns resulting from customers intentionally ordering multiple sizes or variants with the intention of returning some of them will not be accepted.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. A cancellation fee of £3.00 per ordered product will apply, regardless of whether the entire order or only individual items are cancelled.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it after delivery in accordance with this Return and Refund Policy.

3. Exchanges

If an item does not fit or you simply do not like it, we offer the option of an exchange. Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may exchange the item for another size or any other product of the same value.

A shipping fee of £5.00 per item applies to exchanges. The originally delivered item does not need to be returned—you may keep it.

4. Return Procedure

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing support@fashion-victory.com.

  • Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address of our fulfilment partner in China.

  • Return the item to this address entirely at your own expense, including shipping costs, customs duties and any applicable taxes.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  • Victory London accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed returns without proof of delivery.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has arrived at the return address and has been inspected:

  • If the return is approved, the product’s purchase price will be refunded within 30 days.

  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Liability and Delivery

Victory London is not responsible for shipments marked as delivered according to the carrier’s tracking information.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided when placing an order, the customer bears full responsibility.

Errors in delivery information must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
