Return Policy

At Victory London, we do our utmost to ensure customer satisfaction. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. This Return & Refund Policy clearly explains the applicable conditions and procedures.

1. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • An item may only be returned after it has been physically received by the customer.
  • Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility, including international shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging still attached.
  • Trying on the product is permitted, but prolonged wear or use is not allowed.
  • Returns resulting from intentionally ordering multiple sizes or variants with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted.
  • Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you may return it after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

3. Return Procedure

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a return request by email to support@victory-london.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address of our fulfillment partner, located in China.
  3. Return the item to this address entirely at your own expense, including shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable taxes.
  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number (track & trace).
  5. Victory London cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed returns without proof of delivery.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected:

  • If the return is approved, the purchase price of the product will be refunded within 30 days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Liability and Delivery

  • Victory London is not responsible for parcels that are reported as delivered according to the carrier's tracking information.
  • If an incorrect delivery address is provided when placing an order, the customer is solely responsible.
  • Any errors in the delivery information must be reported within 24 hours of placing an order.
